  5. Hello looking for a bro bono lawyer that can help me sue a hospital for releasing my medical info to a agency that dose not work with any medical services. I never gave the hospital any consent to release of my info. There wasnt a warrent or a court order to get access to my medical info. and the hospital denied some of my medical info when i asked for my full report. The hospital gave my daughter to an agency without a warrant and without a court order. The hospital did not provide anything when asked where my daughter went to no name no paper work with no notice So i am wanting to sue them for sharing my info without my consent to and for giving my daughter to an agency without court orders or a warrant. The hospital also said my daughter need a feeding tub and oxygen just to keep her there. The falsified medical digest just to buy time.

I feel it is a discrimination and profiling base on religion and I’m single living along disable. When there problems they threatened to evict. He drew documents in court saying violation of lease.
