Hello looking for a bro bono lawyer that can help me sue a hospital for releasing my medical info to a agency that dose not work with any medical services. I never gave the hospital any consent to release of my info. There wasnt a warrent or a court order to get access to my medical info. and the hospital denied some of my medical info when i asked for my full report. The hospital gave my daughter to an agency without a warrant and without a court order. The hospital did not provide anything when asked where my daughter went to no name no paper work with no notice So i am wanting to sue them for sharing my info without my consent to and for giving my daughter to an agency without court orders or a warrant. I am a retired United stated veteran and I had a hudvash housing voucher which is a veterans housing voucher through HUD. My apartment was at 1405 Vegas valley Dr unit 227 where I resided for 6 months. I never had any issues but had issues with the landlord from the begining with not following through with anything she said she would. Had to have a meeting with my case worker and Lauren the landlord just to get the apartment cleaned like she said she would do from the move in day and still never did even after she agreed to on the meeting. So I had been arrested on a 2 year old trespassing warrant I never knew I had and put in jail for 3 months. The night I was arrested my buddy heard Lauren tell the police she had already evicted me. Which never happened. Lauren left my belongings in the apartment and allowed squatters to break in and they stole everything I own. Everything all my stuff is gone. Now I go out 3 months later and went by the apartment to find two gangbangers who answered the door with a gun and told me I never lived there that was their place. But I looked in and there was my couch my love seat my tables my rugs. The worse part was when I inquired to the secretary of the property she told me my things were still in there that I can go into the apartment and get them. I was shocked when she added that there were squatters in there that I just needed to tell them I was getting my things. Lauren broke the law first never once giving me any formal eviction letters or warning and she would have to go through hud vash anyway I’m assuming and then she never moved my things out which if there was an eviction that took place which I knew nothing about she would have to move my things into storage for a certain amount of time which she didn’t and people stole all my belongings I’m sick to my stomach to k ow I’ll never get any of my things back. Things I collected for so many years. My kids memorandums pics things I’ll never get back. She broke so many laws and then put my life in danger knowing who was living there telling me to go get my things which I never did I was scared too. I called and called and texted Lauren over and over when I got out and she ignored me never answered and never called back. I have nothing. Just the clothes on my back.
