Mark P. Chalos, the managing partner of Lieff Cabraser’s Nashville office, has been elected to serve as the association’s president-elect for 2021-22 and as president-in-exile for 2022-23. Byrd was also recently re-elected to the board of the Tennessee trial lawyers association.

Mark Chalos and Kaylee Kohlmaier, two members of Lieff Cabraser’s Nashville office, will present the TTLA 2022 Annual Convention’s theme, Intelligent Change: Creating a Better Practice. Chalos and Kohlmaier are renowned litigators who have achieved millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for clients across the country. Lieff Cabraser partner Mark P. Chalos, the Managing Partner of the firm’s Nashville office, has been elected President-Elect of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association. Chalos previously served as Vice-President of the organization. He will serve as president-elect for the years 2021 and 2022. Kenny Byrd was re-elected to the Board of Governors.

As a member of the Lieff Cabraser Nashville office, Mark Chalos has been active in several complex litigation matters. He represents individuals and families who have been killed or injured in accidents involving faulty opioids.
